Gilbert Saunier was Captain-General of the Air Force of the Federal Forces of Nouvelle Alexandrie and was Commanding General of the Federal Air Force under the administration of Felipe de Almagro. He was appointed Special Advisor for Air and Aviation Affairs in 1739 AN during the Administration of Premier Juan Pablo Jimenez.
