The Federal Legal Association of Nouvelle Alexandrie (FLA; Alexandrian: Association Légale Fédérale de Nouvelle Alexandrie; Martino: Asociación Legal Federal de Nouvelle Alexandrie; Wechua: Kamachiq Huñunakuy), colloquially known as the Federal Bar, is the national professional association and regulatory body for the legal profession in Nouvelle Alexandrie. Established through the Federal Legal Association Establishment Act, 1721, the FLA serves as a federal oversight body responsible for maintaining a register of legal practitioners, formulating standards of professional conduct, conducting disciplinary proceedings, and promoting legal education and training throughout the federation.

The FLA operates with a membership of approximately 245,000 registered legal practitioners as of 1750 AN, representing attorneys, solicitors, notaries, and other legal professionals practicing across the federation's twelve regions. Headquartered in Cárdenas, the FLA maintains regional offices in each regional capital and additional branch offices to ensure accessibility and efficient service delivery across the federation's diverse geographic and cultural landscape.

As a self-governing professional organization with statutory authority, the FLA balances the traditional autonomy of the legal profession with its public responsibility to protect clients and maintain the integrity of the legal system. The association exercises disciplinary authority over its members, provides continuing legal education, facilitates pro bono legal services, and serves as an advocate for the rule of law and access to justice. The FLA played a notable role during the Spring Crisis of 1739, when it provided legal aid to detained protesters and helped defend constitutional order during the attempted coup.
