The Federal Cabinet of Oportia is the executive branch of the federal government of the State of Oportia, responsible for the administration and enforcement of laws and policies within the country. The Cabinet is composed of the Federal Representative of Oportia, who serves as the head of state and government, the Chancellor of Oportia, and various Department secretaries tasked with overseeing specific areas of governance.

Federal Representative of Oportia

The Federal Representative of Oportia is the chief executive officer of the nation, elected by popular vote for a term of four Anno Nortone years. The Federal Representative is responsible for leading the Cabinet, setting the national agenda, and representing the country both domestically and internationally.

Chancellor of Oportia

The Chancellor of Oportia is second-in-command and serves as a principal advisor to the Federal Representative. In the event of the Federal Representative's absence or incapacitation, the Chancellor assumes the duties and responsibilities of the executive office as caretaker or interim Federal Representative. The Chancellor oversees the coordination and implementation of the Cabinet's policies and initiatives.

Department of State

The Department of State is responsible for conducting and managing diplomatic relations with other nations, international organizations, and non-governmental entities. It plays a crucial role in negotiating treaties, fostering international cooperation, and promoting Oportia's interests abroad.

Department of Finance and Economic Affairs

The Department of Finance and Economic Affairs is responsible for managing the nation's financial resources, developing economic policies, and ensuring fiscal stability. It oversees the collection of taxes, the allocation of funds, and the regulation of financial institutions.

Department of National Defense
