Text
- Direction is given to the responsible authorities of the Governorate of Absentien, Governorate of Alalehzamin, Governorate of Araxion, Mishalan Governorate, and the Governorate of Nordland, that it shall be their duty, within six months of the date of this order to each present as tribute to the realm the following articles for use by the State Guard of Elluenuueq as shown on the attached schedule.
- Failure to deliver the aforementioned articles within the allotted period shall result in the defaulting Governorate being liable for such penalties and forfeitures as the realm might devise.
- Egregious instances of non-compliance shall be regarded acts of sacrilege and treason contrary to the Union Covenant, with all the penalties that shall entail.
- The Circuits of the Southern League and the General Government shall make such visitations upon the Governorates within their jurisdictions as may be necessary to ensure compliance.
- The Circuits shall be responsible for monitoring for noncompliance and for making monthly progress updates available to the Civil Executive.
