Davy Lussier was Captain-General of the Navy of the Federal Forces of Nouvelle Alexandrie and was Chief of the Admiralty under the administration of Felipe de Almagro. He was appointed Special Advisor for Naval and Maritime Affairs in 1739 AN during the Administration of Premier Juan Pablo Jimenez.
