Cyrus Valsinoire (born 12.VII.1695 AN) is an Oportian civil servant, policy analyst, and government minister who serves as Transitional Chancellor of Oportia under the Transitional Government of the State of Oportia established following the collapse of the National Salvation Council in 1745 AN, serving until 1747 AN. A member of the Liberal Progressive Party of Oportia, Valsinoire is recognized as a technocrat with extensive experience in economic policy and public administration, having previously served as Deputy Secretary of Finance and Commercial Affairs under the Céline Beaumont administration.
He declined to run for election as Chancellor outright in the first post-coup elections in the1747 general elections, replaced by independent Clementina Duffy Carr in the ticket. Duffy Carr went on to win the election. Valsinoire instead chose to run for one of the Vanie Senate seats, winning with significant support.
