The Cultural Heritage Preservation Program is a federal program from the government of Nouvelle Alexandrie, aimed at protecting the nation's cultural heritage. It is administered by the Department of Culture and Sports.

The program is aimed at providing funding for restoration and preservation projects related to historial sites, landmarks, and traditions, as well as organizing cultural festivals and events focusing on heritage. The program provides a wide range of programs, including:

  1. The Heritage and Landmark Preservation Program provides funding for the restoration and conservation of important historical sites and monuments, including buildings, structures, artwork and decorative features.
  2. The Crafts Preservation Program supports the preservation of traditional arts and crafts, by funding master craftspeople, and organizing exhibitions and workshops.
  3. The Cultural Heritage Database is the national documentation and research database for cultural heritage, including crafts and oral histories.
  4. The Cultural Celebration Program provides funding to organize heritage festivals and events, for traditional music, dance, crafts, and food.

The program collaborates with the Federal Cultural and Sports Outreach Program for the organization of cultural festivals.
