Cortallia-Rathwood

Cortallia-Rathwood is the name of Governorate and it's administrative city center located in the Sovereign Confederation. The city itself lies primarily within the Bailiwick of Rathwood, as the nomadic Cortallian quarter migrates its city-camps across it's own Bailiwick, only leaving about half of their number settled in Rathwood at a time. The strange customs and hospitality of the city and its satellite communities derive from its founding in the early 17th century as a propagandized utopia of acceptance and innovation. To foster this spirit, a markedly aggressive pro-immigration platform has been upheld by policy-makers in the city, eventually entrenching itself in the liberal schools of political thought in the modern Circuit of Suthergold.
