Cooperativa Agrícola del Keltia (Wechua: Keltia Tarpuy Tantanakuy, Istvanistani: Agricultural Cooperative of Keltia) is a New Alexandrian agricultural cooperative headquartered in Parap, Wechua Nation, and the largest grain producer in the Federation. Founded in 1692 AN by an assembly of 47 farming families in the fertile valleys surrounding Parap, the cooperative was established to pool resources for seed purchasing, equipment sharing, and collective bargaining with grain merchants during the early years of the New Prosperity Plan. The cooperative expanded throughout the 1700s as the Wechua Nation's agricultural lands were developed under federal settlement programs, absorbing smaller local cooperatives and independent producers across the Region. By 1749 AN, the Cooperativa Agrícola del Keltia comprised 18,400 member farms cultivating approximately 2.8 million hectares of cropland, primarily in the highland valleys of the Wechua Nation and the northern plains of Santander.
The cooperative operates as a vertically integrated agricultural enterprise, controlling production, collection, storage, processing, and distribution of grain products. Its subsidiary Molinos del Keltia S.A. operates 23 flour mills across Keltia, while Transportes Agrícolas Wechua maintains a fleet of 1,400 trucks and 84 rail cars for moving harvested grain from collection points to processing facilities and export terminals. The cooperative's seed division, Semillas Cooperativas NAX, conducts breeding programs for high-yield and drought-resistant grain varieties adapted to the highland growing conditions of the Wechua Nation. The Cooperativa Agrícola del Keltia supplies approximately 34 percent of the Federation's domestic wheat consumption and accounts for 67 percent of global quinoa exports, making it the dominant force in the international quinoa market. The cooperative is governed by a General Assembly of member delegates who elect a Board of Directors and approve annual production plans, pricing policies, and capital investments.
Products
The Cooperativa Agrícola del Keltia produces six primary grain crops across its member farms. Production volumes have grown consistently over the past decade due to expansion of cultivated area, adoption of Alexandrium-enhanced precision agriculture technologies, and improved seed varieties developed by the cooperative's breeding programs.

Quinoa remains the cooperative's most valuable export commodity on a per-tonne basis, with premium organic varieties commanding prices of NAX€2,800 to NAX€3,400 per tonne in international markets. The cooperative's wheat production supplies Molinos del Keltia's flour mills, which process approximately 4.2 million tonnes annually for domestic bread and pasta manufacturers. Corn production serves both the domestic animal feed industry and export markets in Constancia and the Suren Confederacy. Barley is primarily sold to the Federation's brewing industry, with the cooperative holding long-term supply contracts with major breweries in Alduria and South Lyrica.
