The Comital House of Highpass (Passikraapskaaphuus in Passikaans) consists of the Count Palatine, his immediate family and the organisation supporting the Count in his official and ceremonial duties.

Organisation
The Comital Household is under the day-to-day management of the Herrhooter (Passikaans for Lord Keeper), appointed by the Count, usually for life but serving at his pleasure. The Herrhooter has several officers subordinate to him managing various offices in the Household. He is assisted in his duties by the Overhooter (Passikaans for Deputy Keeper).
