Bee Haven, is the capital city of Beelandia (the Moorland Antarctic Territory) within the Kingdom of Moorland. The city was founded around 1460 as the capital of the Kingdom of Beebland, but due to the extreme weather did not grow like other cities across Micras. At one point the city dwindled to a low point of around one-hundred inhabitants, but in recent years has seen an uptick in growth thanks to ongoing research and increased tourism. Bee Haven featured prominently in the ill-fated Misfit War which saw the island invaded by Babkha and Menelmacar. Much of the defense works from the war are still evident on the island, and have become a point-of-interest for tourists. The city's economy is largely dependent on revenues generated by tourism, fishing, and the export of honey from the Hypernostrian Honeybee.
