The Basic law of the Grand Duchy of Helderbourgh is the constitution of Helderbourgh.
Text of the Basic law
Article 1 – The Name
The official name of this state is the Grand Duchy of Helderbourgh.
Article 2 - Preredecessors
The Grand Duchy of Helderbourgh is the rightful successor of the Federal Republic of Germania, Eternal Realm of Treisenberg, the Duchy of Rossheim-Slavonia-Volksburg, the United States of the Sangunese Crown, the Kingdom of Greater Sangun, the Principality of Rossheim, the Kingdom of Riskai, the Kingdom of Sangun, Riskai and the Idunn Isles, the Kingdom of Sangun and Riskai, the Grand Duchy of Riskai, the Empire of Greater Sangun, Sangun-Treisenberg, the Cibolan Confederation, the Kingdom of Leichenberg, the Sanguno-Leichbergish Union, the Empire of Sangun and South Cibola, the Empire of Minarboria, the United Kingdom of Steeria and Highfield and the United Principalities of Treisenberg.
Article 3 – The Crown
The crown of the Grand Duchy is entrusted to a grand duke.
Kilian Van Allen, the legal grand-duke, abdicated in favour of Arkadius Frederik Gustavus des Vinandy and his legal successors, according to the Prima Divisio des Vinandy, but upon his return or the return of his legal successors, Arkadius Frederik Gustavus des Vinandy or his legal successor abdicates.
Article 4 – Territory
The territory of the Grand Duchy is divided into cantons, namely:
- Bretalyon
- Helderbourgh
- Leichenberg
- Treisenberg
The territory that was added to the Grand Duchy under the reign of Arkadius Frederik Gustavus des Vinandy and its legal successors is seen as personal property of Arkadius Frederik Gustavus des Vinandy. If the crown returns to Kilian Van Allen or his legal successor, this territory remains in the possession of Arkadius Frederik Gustavus des Vinandy.
