Baliq Buerda Tetcher, national of Modan, later granted Constancian citizenship by the Autokrator of Constancia.
Appointed 24.VII.1663 as Chancellor of the State in Modan by the Prince of Modan, Daniyal ibn Daniyal Simrani-Kalirion.
Part of the Modanese Migration. Later helped govern Modan, Molivadia. Grew rich as a shareholder of the Androphagos Corporation.
