The Batavian Broadcasting Company is a Shirerithian public service broadcaster and movie studio headquartered in 's Koningenwaarde. The studio which was created on 01.03.1537 AN in honor of the upcoming second birthday of the Batavian Kingdom, BBC aimed to broadcast the events live on television for the first time in its history. Most families didn't have TV sets then, so they watched BBC's films and news via newsreels shown in cinemas. Despite moving production to Jingdao during the 17th century, BBC remained one of the oldest continuously operating film and broadcast studios on MicrasShareholders eventually approved the move back to 's Koningenwaarde in 1718 AN.
