A cacica of the Wakara before the federation, she was the matriarch of the House of Guarionex in the last generation of its independence, and she died in 1709 AN, amid the years of anarchy that followed her husband's death. Her name, given in honor of the goddess Atabey and drawn from the Wakara language, is traditionally understood to mean "daughter of Atabey."
