The Araxion All-Union Heavy Water Production Association, situated in the Governorate of Araxion on the upland reaches of the western source of the Elwynn River, is a hydroelectric power generation system with a nitrate production plant and technical laboratories attached as annexes to the main site.

Believed to have been established on the initiative of the Civil Executive of Elluenuueq in 1712 AN, the association was reported to be a member of the Benacian Atomic Research Community as of 1723 AN, having been upgraded to All-Union status in that year, denoting that it is now either directly reporting or ultimately accountable to the High Presidium of the Benacian Union.
