The Anti-Doping Agency of Nouvelle Alexandrie (Alexandrian: Agence Antidopage de Nouvelle Alexandrie; Martino: Agencia Antidopaje de Nueva Alejandría; Wechua: Mana Allin Hampi Kamachikuq) is the federal agency responsible for preventing and detecting the use of prohibited substances and methods in sport in Nouvelle Alexandrie. Established under the Promotion of Sports Act, 1694, the agency operates under the supervision of the Secretary of Education, Sports, and Culture. Its functions include administering drug testing programs, maintaining laboratory facilities, issuing therapeutic use exemptions, and coordinating with international anti-doping organizations. The agency's president signed the Fontainebleau Declaration on Sports, 1751 alongside other sports governance officials.

At the Federation-wide Sports Summit of 1751, participants recommended increasing the agency's annual budget by NAX€12 million over three years to expand testing capacity, upgrade laboratory equipment, and hire additional compliance officers; the Cortes Federales Committee on Culture and Sports was tasked with reviewing these proposals.
