All-Union Communist Party of Cerulea

The All-Union Communist Party of Cerulea (Cerulean Cyrillic: Всесоюзная коммунистическая партия Крлска - Vsesoyuznaya kommunisticheskaya partiya Krlska) is the sole legal and government party of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics of Cerulea. It took power in 1709. By law, all members of the Cerulean legislature have to be members of the party.

The Nine Core Practices of the CPC

The Nine Core Practices of the CPC are the primary guiding principles of the party. It is one of the primary duties of the First Secretary of the party to ensure that all policies and decisions of the party follow these basic guidelines.

1. Ensuring Party leadership over all forms of work in Cerulea.
2. The Party should take a populist approach for the public interest.
3. The continuation of reforms and plans to advance the people out of the plights of the Green and into democracy
4. Following socialism with Humanist characteristics.
5. Governing Cerulea with the rule of law having rose above the lawlessness of the Green.
6. Improving people's livelihood and well-being is the primary goal of development through democracy and socialism
7. Strengthen national security.
8. The Party should have "absolute leadership over" the military
9. Improve party discipline in the CPC, throughout the nation and in the citizenry.
