The All-Union Biomedical Production Association, established in Musica on 6.III.1755 AN, reporting directly to the Consulate of the Benacian Union, was prioritised for rapid development as a priority economic and industrial objective. Resources were earmarked for the creation of a network of facilities around the city, to which would be assigned 35,000 personnel, along with construction materials, plant machinery, and technical equipment sufficient five major research institutes, numerous design and instrument-making facilities, three pilot plants and five production plants.
