The Aerlan Federation of Labor (AFL) (Commonspeak: Ayrlen Foderason ov Erbit, AFE) is a national trade union center that serves as the largest federation of unions in the country. It was formed in 1736 AN when three unions, the National Teachers Federation, Aerlan Industrial Workers Federation, and the Union of Aerlan Municipal Workers came together to create a federation for trade unions across the country. The AFL often participates in political activism and endorses pro-labor candidates of government.
