The Decree in Whales on the Lordship of Mandible Hill (D-1710-001) is a decree by Daniyal ibn Daniyal, in his capacity as Prince of Whales, issued on 13.XII.1710 AN.
Text
- The Lord of Chur, Frederik Anders, having earned our thanks for his defence of Walstadt against the recent incursions of the foe, is hereby appointed to the Lordship of Mandible Hill.
- This fief shall belong to exclusively to his domain for the remainder of his natural life and to his lineage in perpetuity thereafter, and to their nearest kin by agnatic-cognatic descent from the present Lord of Chur should that line ever fail.
- All fees and dues owed by the Lordship of Mandible Hill to the Court of the Prince are forgiven in perpetuity.
- The garrison at Mandible Hill, maintained by the Whales Auxiliary Force, shall not be charged any rent or any other fee for the grounds it occupies, the personnel it stations there, nor for the fuel, munitions, provisions, and stores that necessity obliges it to keep there.
