Lord des Montagnes of Valenciennes is a title created by Emperor Edgard II via Letters Patent to reward Jean Michel Leclerc's loyalty to the Empire of the Alexandrians, his establishment of the Valenciennes Parliament (the first of its kind in the Empire) and his services as prominent politician in the National Government.

Despite Leclerc leaving Alexandria, he has retained his title during his absense.
