Daor Type of legislative document Title of legislative document Description Notes
337 Decree Against democracy on our continent Return of the empire towards absolute rule by the Heavenly Light, who declares that all executive, legislative and judicial power is vested in the Heavenly Light by the Gods. Leaves room for different governmental structures in overseas territories. The decree does not refer at all to the Constitution of the Jingdaoese State, which is in effect at the time but is considered to supersede it.
339 Decree Against dogs on our continent A lottery is organized in which all privately owned dogs of the empire participate. All dog owners are ordered to buy a lottery ticket for the price of seven kata, if their dog 'wins' it will be killed in a central place within the community. All proceedings of the lottery are used for the shelter of cats. The decree is a retaliation for a dog attack against the emperor.
353 Decree Against foreigners on our soil This decree makes it a crime in Jingdao to be a foreigner, punishable by deportation, enslavement or death. Diplomats are exempted. While not explicitly stated in the decree, USSO citizens are not considered to be foreigners according to interpretation by the Imperial Palace.
354 Treaty ratification Ratifying the treaty with Batavia Ratifies the treaty with Batavia in which the Jingdaoese territories in the west, as well as the right to appoint a King of the Batavians are handed over to the United Batavian States. The United Batavian States implicitly agree that the Jingdaoese Emperor was the rightful holder of the title King of the Batavians.
354 Decree On our calendars This decree re-affirms the status of the Daor-calendar as the official calendar of the Jingdaoese Empire, while also acknowledging the use of the Norton Calendar and the ASC Calendar. The decree speaks of "earth days" to explain the Daor-calendar, this refers to the Swedish calendar.
