The 2016-17 Superleague Hoenn season was the inaugural season of Superleague Hoenn, the top soccer league in Hoenn. The season began on September 4, 2016, and ended on May 28, 2017, with each team playing thirty games. The schedule was announced on July 1, 2016. A.C. Fortree won the first Superleague Hoenn title, and their first top-flight championship in thirty years.
The defending champion was Lavaridge A.C., who finished fourth this season. Nawa Sp.Vgg., Littleroot A.F.C., and Slateport City S.C. were promoted from the First Division.
