The National Championship Fourth Division (Sangunese: 國標丙部, translit.: Koɂfu Hebu), presently known for promotional purposes as the Azumi Mall Fourth Division, and known as the National Championship Fifth Division before 2016, is the Fourth-tier soccer league in Hoenn. The league is contested by 20 teams and operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Third Division. Teams from all four of Hoenn's domains are eligible for promotion.
