DeBlood Design and Construction Co. (GmbH) was founded by Steven DeBlood on January 19, 2006, to provide residential design and construction services throughout Gotzborg.

History

With the launch of the Gotzborg Housing Project, local demand to buy lots and build houses increased in the micronation. As the project's architect, DeBlood saw a natural business opportunity and created DeBlood Design and Construction Co. (GmbH) to provide land development, housing design, and construction services.

While the company also offered design and construction services for industrial buildings, ultimately, its niche was the residential market.

Dissolution

With the start of Gotzborg's first hiatus, the company dissolved.
