Montefeltro Yachts was founded by Thomas Maher, through his MFC Investments company. The company manufactured luxury yachts of lengths in excess of 65 ft and custom orders.
Operations

All operations and ship assembly occurred at the Montefeltro Ganden Shipyard in Ganden, Courland. The shipyard was equipped with three docks and two slipways, making it the largest privately-held shipyard within Gotzborg.
The company explored the possibility of constructing a recreational marina near the Ganden fishing harbour for use by its clients; however, the Hiatus of 2007 to 2010 caused the company's dissolution before that plan was further actioned. In the intervening period, clients were permitted to dock their yachts at the shipyard.
