The Vice-Minister Commerce and Industry hereby makes the following annexed Regulation concerning Application and Renewal Fees for Business Registration under the power of Articles 85 and 86 of the Business and Corporation Registration Act.

1. The fees required to be paid with a lodgement of an Application to Register a Business Entity shall be -

1. for a Sole Proprietorship, GTh1500.
2. for a Partnership, GTh3000.
3. for a Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung, GTh4000.
4. for an Aktiengesellschaft, GTh6000.

2. The fees required to be paid with a lodgement of an Application to Change Business Entity Type shall be based on the proposed new entity type for the business and shall be -

1. for a Sole Proprietorship, GTh750.
2. for a Partnership, GTh1500.
3. for a Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung, GTh3000.
4. for an Aktiengesellschaft, GTh4000.

3. The fees required to be paid for renewal of a business registration on the anniversary of its registration shall be -

1. for a Sole Proprietorship, GTh500.
2. for a Partnership, GTh1000.
3. for a Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung, GTh1500.
4. for an Aktiengesellschaft, GTh2000.
