Julien Rosseau, originally known as "Jess" in his earlier days in Alexandria, had a primary residence in Galatia and joined only to merge a ceeding state with Alexandria. Later he found out it was nice in Alexandria and set up a residence. After several months of inactivity Julien rejoined Alexandria and moved to Valenciennes where he was then elected MP, after Mssr. LeClerc droped out of the race.
