Sombre Path

The Sombre Path is a Hostian belief system practiced in East Zimia and the Wallis Islands by the followers of Queen Mina II.

A derivative of the Pallisican Skyward Path, its practitioners venerate the queen as an enlightened one, who as a lichgrave, has escaped the normal cycle of reincarnation and achieved union with the soul of the land. The insight she derives from this state enables her, and by extension those who follow her, to withstand the forces of chaos that threaten to subsume the world.
