The Warring Islands Compact is a treaty between the Kingdom of Moorland and the Benacian Union signed on xx.xx.1741 AN by both governments regarding ownership of the Warring Islands.

THE WARRING ISLANDS COMPACT
between the
Benacian Union
and the
Kingdom of MoorlandWHEREAS the Kingdom of Moorland, as successor to the Kingdom of Nova England and her territories, does so desire to provide stewardship of the Warring Islands, hereby agrees to purchase said islands from the Benacian Union for the terms below:
- The Benacian Union, by agreement of this treaty, does hereby transfer ownership of the Warring Islands to the Kingdom of Moorland, including all rights and privileges thereof.
- The Kingdom of Moorland, by agreement of this treaty, does hereby agree to compensate the Benacian Union for the loss of this territory by a sum of ß30 million sovereigns.
- The Kingdom of Moorland, by agreement of this treaty, does hereby grant the Benacian Union a lease, for a term of 70 years with option for renewal, the naval port at Port Esther, in order to maintain a strategic presence in the Great Western Sea.
