Transcaledonian Territory
The Transcaledonian Territory (Commonspeak: Transkældonan Teritrë), or simply known as Transcaledonia (Commonspeak: Transkældona), is an administrative entity within Aerla. It is composed of the lands conquered during the Vizia Campaign, lands ceded by the Khamil Khanate, and the former exclave of Port Aerla, the area is sparsely populated mostly by the native tribes of the region along with several small Aerlan settlements. The capital of the territory is the aforementioned Port Aerla.
The territory is subdivided into 8 Parishes and 2 Tribal Trust Administrations (or TTAs). The Tribal Trust Administrations are distinct by being governed by the local tribes rather than a standard Parish government. The two TTAs are the Pastoral Peoples Tribal Trust Administration (PPTTA) and the Rukh Tribal Trust Administration (RTTA).
