Louisville is a city in the jurisdiction of Sankt Rosa in the Confoederatio Aemilia that was founded by the Republic Sankt Ludwigshafen. With almost three million inhabitants according to the 1731 census, the city is the second largest city of the Confoederatio Aemilia, second only to Stadt Sankt Rosa. The city was also at one point the second in Sankt Ludwigshafen by population number, behind Stadt Sankt Ludwigshafen, although it was much smaller then.The settlement was founded in the year 1685 and it was recognised by the Third Republic in 1696. Most inhabitants of Louisville speak Alexandrian, which is the official language of the city council, and belong to the Louisian people.
