The priority of the Foreign Ministry was to get bilateral treaties and recognition from countries around Micras as soon as possible. This was easily accomplished with the Imperial State of Constancia, which readily appointed their former overlord, Jost Grobba, Imperial Constancian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Commonwealth of Zeed, effective 15.XI.1727.
