Imperial Constancian Humanitarian Council

The Imperial Constancian Humanitarian Council chartered via Imperial Decree with effect on 1724, institutionalizes a national and community based civil humanitarian movement dedicated towards the relief of the suffering. The Basilinna serves as its Patron, and it is supported via donations (legislated to be tax-free via Imperial Decree) as well as state and Imperial grants.

Structure

The Mesazon serves as its Chairman, although day-to-day operations are managed by an Executive Director who is appointed with, and serves with the confidence of the Board of Governors.

The Board of Governors is composed of individuals nominated by the public at large, as well as by local organizations.
