Nguyen Van Tham (born 14 November 1971) is a Banhnamese politician currently serving as the 13th President of Banh Nam. Tham is a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Banh Nam and the National Assembly of Banh Nam.
Prior to becoming president of Banh Nam, Tham served as Party Secretary of Gia Long and Dien Noi before becoming Chairman of the Banh Nam Communist Youth Union. Van Tham would join the Politburo of the Communist Party of Banh Nam days before his birthday in 2017 and became the youngest member of the Politburo. He was elected as the Head of the Central Propaganda Department and continued to hold the position across 2 elections.
Van Tham is regarded as a close ally to the then General Secretary Vo Thi Anh.
