Barbara (Phineaner: Barbar; Jawi: بربر), officially State of Barbara (Phineaner: Negeri Barbar; Jawi: نݢري بربر) is a state in Forajasaki, located on the northern coast of the Mattimeo peninsula in the Cyber-Island Chain. The capital is Borges which is located about 300 kilometers from Kuala Forajasaki, and the royal city is Kubang Kailan, about 15 kilometers from Borges. The state of Barbara has an area which covers of 5,142 square kilometers and has a population of 1,847,500 people according to the RP 2617 census. Barbara is famous for the title "Forajasakian Land As Low as a Flower Garden" due to its diversity and unique culture, due to the state of Barbara's relatively isolated and largely rural lifestyle, the culture of the Barbarites is quite different from the Phineaner culture of the rest of Forajasaki and Phinbella; this is reflected in Barbarite cuisine, art and the unique Barbarite Phineaner dialect, which is incomprehensible even to some speakers of standard Phineaner languages, especially the Forajasakian and Phinbellan languages. Although this state is the birthplace of Zenitsu Agatsuma's lineage, this state can be said to be the "Land of Lightning", it is also an agrarian state found in Forajasaki.
The state of Barbara borders the Nouvelle Alexandrian state of Salzstein in the region of the Isles of Caputia in the north through the Dancok Strait, the Oriental Taemhwanian district of the province of Ducie in the northeast, the state of Sikin in the east and the autonomous region of Bahot in the west.
Barbara has a mountain range located in the south of the state where it also spans the states of Barine and Sikin, as well as Bahot autonomous region, up to Oriental Taemhwan, this range is where the highest point in the state is located, which is Mount Shan Krien which has a height of 1,911 meters. The Barbara River is the main river in the state, it starts from Mount Tarim in the state of Sikin to the estuary known as Kuala Besar which is close to Borges.
