Hedy von Rossmarkt is a military officer in the service of the Principality of City and Country of Taktwinkel. Since 1723 they are captain of the palace guard, they are the first person to fulfill that role. Hedy von Rossmarkt is a confidant of Princess Emilia Antoinette, and acted as her lieutenant during the referendum for independence of Taktwinkel. Hedy von Rossmarkt is designated as regent should Princess Emilia Antoinette and her wife Merida Vala come to perish before their daughter Aimée Isabelle is old enough to assume the throne.
