The Harmonious Tapestry National Festival is an annual cultural celebration held in the capital city of Nouvelle Alexandrie, Cardenas. Started in 1699 AN by the Mayor of Cardenas, Gonzalo de la Vega (FHP) , it is held annually on the last weekend of month II. Since its inception, the festival has become one of the most anticipated events in the country. The festival serves as a showcase of Nouvelle Alexandrie's rich cultural tapestry and a celebration of its diverse culture, history, and traditions of Nouvelle Alexandrie. With its focus on preserving the nation's history and tradition, the festival also embraces the present and looks towards the future. The festival is open to people of all ages and backgrounds.

King Manco Capac I, the Royal Family, and the Mayor of Cárdenas all have prominent roles in the festival. King Manco Capac I and the Royal Family traditionally lead the parade that kickstarts the festival, a display of the many cultures and traditions that exist within Nouvelle Alexandrie. The Mayor of Cardenas, along with local politicians, are also involved in the festival and often make appearances on the main stage.

The festival includes a diverse range of activities, including food and drink stalls, music and dance performances, and games. The festival prioritizes environmental sustainability after complaints of massive mounds of trash and damage to its venues in 1699 AN and 1700 AN.

One of the highlights of the festival is the selection of the Person of Honor, a figure elected by festival-goers to represent the festival on its final day. The Person of Honor is chosen for their contributions to the community and their dedication to preserving the cultural heritage of Nouvelle Alexandrie.

The final day of the festival is a celebration of the dynamic cultural scene in Nouvelle Alexandrie, with a focus on music and performances. It features musical performances by some of the most famous New Alexandrian artists. In election years, the festival often coincides with appearances by popular New Alexandrian politicians. These appearances provide a unique opportunity for politicians to connect with voters and demonstrate their commitment to the community.

Each year, a large Wechua tapestry commissioned by the King is unveiled. Every year, each tapestry is different, reflecting different themes or motifs that highlight the cultures and traditions of Nouvelle Alexandrie. The tapestry then goes on a national tour of the Federation, being exhibited in museums all around the country until the next tapestry is unveiled.
