Konstantine Thomadakis has been a member of the Mandate Council of the International Mandate for the Settlements in Apollonia since 1687. In 1697, he was appointed Imperial Commissioner for Residency Isle and plenipotentiary for the Imperial State of Constancia.

Appointed Minister of International Trade and Industry by Mesazon Alissa Guadalim on 16.VII.1710.
