His Imperial Majesty Emperor Edgard II (Edgard II Albert Phillip Louis Carrillo), born 16 April 1986, is Emperor of the Empire of the Alexandrians. He became Emperor of Alexandria on the death of his father, Edgard I on 15 June 1986.
