The state of Pahak is known for its culture of delicacy as most who live here are of Yewlangese descent.
The most famous dish in Pahak is known to be the Chu Choa Gang Rice, which is made up of Smolted Egg (a Dauian way of cooking an egg), hard fried rice, tofu wrapped chicken legs and other kinds of spices along with a few bits of sweet and sour sauce. The dish is mainly known due to its long lasting smell in a mans mouth as it usually fills up your stomach quickly as you order side dishes such as Chicken Tukyat, cucumber mixed dinh and other special local bites there for a discount price as you order with the rice. Most tourists travel to Pahak just to try this infamous dish which is a Dauian lunchtime favourite.
The Pahakians are also known for their hospitality as the locals are friendly and welcoming towards tourists and people from other states.
Pahak boasts allot of rice and other fields for farming as the state is located far off the bigger cities such as Seragaan and Daas, this means that the Pahakians have a huge farming industry as there is a weekly farmers market in the Pahak main square near Central Pehang.
