Habrichtsburg

Habrichtsburg (Elw: Хаврисбур, Havrisbur), population 212,073, is an Elwynnese bailiwick and city in Araxion (county). Elw is the sole official language of the bailiwick.

The bailiwick lies to the south-west by the northern-most parts of the Blue Elwynn.

In 1680, upon incorporating the former bailiwicks of Erdes and Rekirie, it changed its name from the Elw-derived Cornaboxun (Elw: Корнабошуун, Kornaboshuun) to the city's classical name of Habrichtsburg. At the same time, the city bailiwick was transferred from Vattnaland (East Amokolia) to the County of Araxion.

The bailiwick was chosen to be the site of the Model Bailiwick experiment in late 1699 AN, and placed under indefinite quarantine - closed to all persons save for those under the authority of the tripartite indenture granted permission by the High Presidium of the Benacian Union - for a period of ten years.
