The Duke of Santiago Foundation is a charitable foundation incorporated under the laws of the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie. It has its head office in Punta Santiago, but also has offices in Cardenas, Santiago, and Lausanne. The Chairman of the Board of Trustees is the Prince of Molivadia, who is Duke of Santiago in the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie, although day to day operations are run by an appointed Executive Director.

It is particularly dedicated to relief and development work in the Region of Santander.
