Praetorian Expeditionary Unit

The Praetorian Expeditionary Unit, a volunteer formation, formed from the 1^st Cohort of the 1^st Legion of the Praetorian Guards of the Hexarchy. Contributed to the loyalist forces of the Raspur Pact during the Second Elwynnese Civil War. Garrisoned at Avakir (17.III.1692 AN – 21.VI.1693 AN) and attached to the Sathrati Expeditionary Force. Participated in the First Battle of Fieldburg (21.VI.1693 AN – 5.VIII.1693 AN). Withdrawn from frontline after enduring 78 fatalities (56 light infantry, 22 heavy infantry) (4.VII.1693 AN). Withdrawn to Tephal for reorganisation and re-equipment (10.VII.1693 AN – 12.V.1694 AN).
