New model settlement, established 1677 in the UGB Governorate of Litel. Initially consisting of Home Defence barracks with billets for 1,200 personnel and families and administrative offices for the Governorate. Facilities include reformatory, sheltered housing complexes, and biomass anaerobic digestor power plant.
