New model settlement, established 1677 AN in the UGB Governorate of Litel. Initially consisting of Home Defence barracks with billets for 1,200 personnel and families and administrative offices for the Governorate. Facilities included a reformatory, sheltered housing complexes, and a biomass anaerobic digestor power plant.
The site received Shirerithian prisoners of war during the Shiro-Benacian War (1733 AN – 1741 AN.
Tellian citizens affected by the Closure of the Tellian Frontier were interned at Laikum's Wald, commencing from II.1758 AN.
