The following has been offered as a sign of Our devotion to right government:

1. Landed members of the Imperial Peerage shall be seated in Our Landsraad, in accordance with their dignity, upon the giving of oaths to the person of the living Kaiser and by recognition of said oaths and of the oath maker's dignity by the living Kaiser.
