The Cibolan Circle is a circle or province of Alrig. It encompassed the same territory as, and was more or less equivalent with Sankt Ludwigshafen until 1684. During the Jingdaoese-Alriggian War many people fled from the crumbling Eastern Circle to Cibola, causing the population of the circle to almost triple. Some of the new inhabitants of the Cibolan Circle decided to found a new city, called Erazmhafen, after the founder of Alrig.
