Kaiser Ari 0

Kaiser Ari 0 was the 65th kaiser of Shireroth, ruling 6.IX.1466–9.XIV.1466. Although a member of the Line of Ly'Technomaezj-Metzler, he dressed up in dolphin skins and claimed to be a sentient dolphin hailing from the Duchy of Straylight. Contact with Babkha had infected him with a certain fondness for violence: He had a penchant for bathing in human blood, and at the end of his reign he roleplayed his own gruesome assassination (carried out by getting dipped into aqua regia).
